Description

This little girl is the product of a match made in Heaven. Just look at her two parents. Her mother, Puttin' on the Ritz, is a Multi-Champion proven to produce Champions. If you follow her lineage back, you will find a long line of Champions. Then you have her sire, Rico's Arctic Rendezvous, another long line of Champions with incredible fleece characteristics. (Paternal grandsire, Peruvian Rico Suave's micron at 10 years of age was 16.6, SD 3.3, CV 19.9, %>30 .05%…WOW! )

It's up to Shadow to carry on her Mothers genetic line now, Puttin' on the Ritz passed away on September 22, 2015 when Shadow was 8 weeks old.
Shadow is doing well and is a spitting image of her Mother.

Offspring:
On 5/6/18, Evening Shadow gave birth to a gorgeous true black female sired by 6X Champion, Irish Meadows' Peruvian Carbon Copy. Her daughter, Black Widow ranked in the Top 5% EPD's in 2023 and is a champion producer.

On 5/21/19, Evening Shadow had a true black female sired by Crescent Moon's Accoyo Augustine. Her daughter, Black Dahlia is a champion producer.

On 5/20/20, Evening Shadow gave birth to a lovely dark rose grey female sired by our Amber Autumn Troy. Her daughter, Sparta was awarded Color Champion at the 2022 GWAS, First place at 2022 AOA National Show (in BOTH Halter & Walking Fleece), First Place at 2021 Futurity, First Place, 2021 AOA National Show, as well as numerous Blue ribbons in 2021 & 2022.

On 5/24/21, Evening Shadow had a light fawn female sired by Crescent Moon's Kolbe. Her daughter, Dirty Girl won a Blue ribbon at the 2023 TXOLAN Bluebonnet Stakes, 2nd Place at the 2022 AOA National Show, and several other 2nd Place ribbons in 2022 & 2023.

On 6/25/22, Evening Shadow had a light fawn male sired by Odins' Loki. Her son, Shadow Chaser won First place at the 2023 Gold Country Gathering, and Blue Ribbons at the 2023 TXOLAN Bluebonnet Stakes and TXOLAN Alpaca Spectacular shows.

On 6/30/23, Evening Shadow gave birth to a true black female also sired by multi-champion, Irish Meadows' Peruvian Carbon Copy. Her daughter, Negligence won Reserve Championship banners at the 2024 CALPACA Autumn Fleece Extravaganza and 2024 TXOLAN Alpaca Spectacular shows. She also won Blue Ribbons at the 2024 AOA National Show and Rocky Mountain Alpaca Showdown shows.

On 6/30/24, Evening Shadow presented us with a pretty medium brown female also sired by multi-champion, Odins' Loki.
