Red Granites Huckleberry is something special!! He is sired by 2-time Judges' Choice winner, Red Granites Casper By Val D Lsere, and out of Red Granites Honeysuckle, a Red Granites Aragon daughter out of a Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose dam.

Huckleberry is very fine and very uniform with together, produce a very soft supple hand to his fleece. His primary to secondary ratio is exceptional and virtually non-existent, with his secondary fibers being close in comparison to his primary fibers. He also has great density and brightness to his fleece. He does has a splash of medium brown on his side, but even in the varying colors he holds exceptional fiber characteristics.

He is genetically positioned to reduce micron while improving uniformity and maintaining a soft handle — valuable traits in advancing colored programs. Particularly noteworthy is his Top 5% ranking for Percent Medullated Fiber, supported by a Top 10% Medullation Coefficient, indicating meaningful potential for improving fiber cleanliness in color.
