PATAGONIA'S XULA

Xula is a lovely alpaca with excellent bloodlines. Two of Alpacas de la Patagonia's top herdsires are in her genetic makeup - Patagonia's Neruda and Shackleton. Her sire is (Neruda son) Patagonia's Gaucho. Xula's paternal grandsire, Neruda has fleece that is exotic in color and extremely fine. He sold for over $200,000 at the 2007 Futurity Auction (at age 8). His sire, Shackleton maintained a baby-fine fleece even at 9 years of age. Xula's paternal grandam, Patagonia's Chic is from Alpacas de la Patagonia's top black female line. Chic's son Patagonia's El Comisario, is a working herdsire at our ranch and her daughter, Patagonia’s Juniper sold as a maiden for $80,000.

Offspring:
On 8/26/17, Xula gave us ESTATES XYLONA, a lovely medium brown female sired by our exceptional 10x champion, Patagonia's Antonio. Antonio's offspring first hit the show ring in 2016 and continue to perform well on our show string.
